Other toppings
Instructions
Pimento Chèvre
- Mix all the ingredients together until the chèvre has a light red hue and are fully blended.
- Season to taste with salt.
Burger Sauce
- Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl together and season to your liking.
Bacon Jam
- In a medium sauce pot, cook the bacon over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally till the bacon becomes slightly brown (about 8 minutes). Pour out all but about 1 tablespoon of the bacon fat.
- Add the chopped onions and continue to cook on low heat, stirring occasionally until the onions become translucent (about 6 minutes).
- Add the brown sugar, maple syrup and molasses and cook over low heat, while stirring, until all the sugar has dissolved and it forms a nice syrup.
- Once the “syrup” begins to bubble, slowly stream in the apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and tabasco and bring to a slow simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer very slowly, stirring occasionally for about 15-20 minutes.
- Season the jam to taste and cool. The jam should be served at room temperature.
Ground Beef Patty
- Season each patty with salt and pepper and either grill or pan sear to your desired temperature.
